Job Description

CASCADA PDX is a luxury hospitality and wellness establishment seeking an experienced Marketing and eCommerce Manager to drive the growth of our brand in the Portland market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our membership spa and hotel, ensuring alignment with business objectives and target audience preferences.
  • Manage all aspects of digital marketing, including website content management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising campaigns.
  • Design and production of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, signage, and promotional collateral, maintaining brand consistency and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products, services, and membership offerings, driving customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Optimize the eCommerce platform, leveraging data analytics and user insights to enhance the online shopping experience and increase conversion rates.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics to track campaign effectiveness, ROI, and customer acquisition cost.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and community organizations to enhance brand visibility and reach new audiences.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and marketing trends to continuously innovate and improve our marketing efforts.
  • Partner with the Director of Sales & Marketing and senior leadership, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture within the business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in hospitality marketing roles, preferably in the hotel, spa, or luxury lodging segments.
  • Proficiency with hotel eCommerce and digital marketing platforms.
  • Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing techniques, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media management, and online advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and eCommerce platforms.
  • Knowledge of local market trends and consumer preferences in the Portland area is a plus.
