The position may also involve interaction with employers and insurance providers.

Collaborating closely with the Marketing Director and Clinic Directors, the Healthcare Marketing Liaison is pivotal in executing strategic marketing efforts throughout the organization.

The primary focus is to enhance physician outreach and establish solid connections with referral sources.

Key Responsibilities:
Physician Marketing and Relations:
- Build and sustain relationships with targeted physicians and other clinical referral sources.
- Achieve a minimum of eight (8) direct physician contacts daily, totaling 40 weekly.
- Facilitate opportunities for physical therapists to engage with clients.
- Maintain effective communication with referring providers and their office personnel.
- Participate in monthly marketing strategy meetings.
- Uphold the highest confidentiality standards; comply with all HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with various staff members to ensure customer inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.
- Develop a consistent routing schedule to fulfill the needs of both internal and external clients.
- Keep ongoing records of physician referrals and sales activities in Salesforce.
- Undertake additional job-related tasks as assigned.

Community Engagement and Brand Promotion:
- Work alongside Clinic Directors to plan and execute community events.
- Establish local community connections through advertising, sponsorships, and partnerships.
- Manage marketing materials, ensuring clinics are adequately stocked.
- Assist in maintaining the corporate identity.

Planning and Training:
- Collaborate on a quarterly marketing strategy that outlines budget, materials, relationship development, community image, and exceptional service.
- Provide regular updates on marketing activities across the company and track demographic data to support marketing efforts.
- Deliver marketing training for Clinic Directors and designated clinical staff.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a clinical field with sales/marketing experience or a related degree.
Experience: A minimum of two years in medical/healthcare sales or a similar role is preferred.

Territory:

SW Washington & Portland, Oregon Area - A personal vehicle is required for job duties. A valid driver's license is mandatory.

*Travel required (10%) Mileage is reimbursed.
