Colorado In Motion is seeking a FULL-TIME Physician Liaison.
The Physician Liaison's role is to foster and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, primarily focusing on healthcare providers and the local community.
Engagement with employers and insurance payers may also be necessary.In collaboration with the Marketing Director and Clinic Directors, the Physician Liaison is instrumental in executing strategic marketing efforts throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Physician Marketing and Relations
Develop and sustain relationships with targeted healthcare providers and other clinical referral sources.
Achieve a minimum of eight (8) direct physician interactions daily, totaling 40 per week.
Facilitate opportunities for physical therapists to engage with clients.
Communicate effectively with referring providers and their administrative teams.
Participate in monthly marketing strategy meetings.
Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure customer inquiries are addressed promptly.
Establish a consistent routing schedule to meet the needs of both internal and external stakeholders.
Document ongoing physician referral data and relationship-building activities in Salesforce.
Perform additional work-related tasks as assigned.
Community Engagement and Brand Awareness
Collaborate with Clinic Directors to plan and execute community events.
Build local community connections through advertising, sponsorships, and partnerships.
Manage marketing materials, ensuring clinics are well-stocked.
Assist in maintaining the corporate identity.
Planning and Training
Develop a quarterly marketing plan detailing budget, collateral, relationship development, community image, and services.
Provide regular updates on marketing activities and track demographic data to support initiatives.
Deliver marketing training for Clinic Directors and designated clinical staff.
Maintain an updated database of referral sources in Salesforce.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a clinical field with sales/marketing experience or a related degree.
- Two years of experience in medical/healthcare sales or a similar role is preferred.
Territory:
SW Washington & Portland, Oregon Area
- Must have a personal vehicle for job-related duties.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.

Strong organizational skills and experience in activity and event planning.
Proven ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and manage tasks to meet deadlines.

Proficient in using web tools and the latest versions of Google Apps, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
