Job Description for HVAC Lead Installer: Installation of new equipment/duct work. Split AC Systems, ductless mini-splits, hydronic boilers, water heaters, furnaces, etc.

1. COMPETITIVE BASE PAY**

** Starting hourly wage $35.00 (Based on Experience Also).** $35.00 - $55.00 per hour based on experience.**

Monthly Bonus Plan**

1- week paid vacation after first year**

Required experience for HVAC Technician:

HVAC: 42Years as Journeyman/Journeywoman

Required education:

High school or equivalent

Completed Trade School

Must hold valid State of CT Heating/Cooling License - S-2/ D-2

Must have valid drivers license and clean driving record

Job Location:

Glastonbury, CT

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Starting $35.00 /hour
