About the Role

Pidgin is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in software sales, specifically in the banking and finance industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth: Drive sales growth among community banks and credit unions.
  • Account Management: Manage existing customer relationships to maximize product/service satisfaction.
  • Problem Resolution: Address problems and concerns with existing customers and work together to resolve issues.
  • Business Development: Develop new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and relationships.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or marketing, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Sales Experience: Results-oriented with 2+ years of successful selling experience; outside sales preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience selling software systems and/or knowledge of the banking/finance industry is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to communicate effectively with C-level officers.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year.
