Client Support Associate

Role Summary
A prominent provider of human resources software and financial solutions is seeking a Client Support Associate. This position involves a hybrid work model, requiring in-office presence for part of the week while allowing for remote work on other days. The primary responsibilities include assisting the risk compliance division, analyzing and synthesizing data to deliver insights to clients. The role also encompasses administrative tasks related to payroll management, collaborating with financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the risk compliance team by evaluating and consolidating data.
- Manage administrative processes and ensure accurate payroll operations for clients.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills, including vLookups, formulas, and macros.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a call center environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong typing skills.
- High School Diploma required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in finance, accounting, or banking sectors.
Compensation & Benefits:
The hourly wage for this position is $20. Comprehensive benefits will commence on the 31st day of employment, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as options for HSA, FSA, and DCFSA accounts. Additionally, a 401k retirement plan with employer matching is available. Employees are entitled to paid sick leave and other paid time off as mandated by applicable regulations.
