Key Responsibilities:
- Support the risk compliance team by managing and reviewing client payroll processes.
- Collaborate with financial institutions to ensure accurate payroll administration.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to perform data analysis and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including vLookups, formulas, and macros.
- Technologically adept with a solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
