Position Overview
As a pivotal member of the executive team, you will support the Senior Vice President of Sales in driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives within the sales organization. Your role as a Senior Sales Operations Strategist will be to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness, allowing the SVP to concentrate on business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the SVP of Sales and the senior management team, stepping in as needed.
- Facilitate informed decision-making processes for the SVP of Sales.
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of strategic initiatives and new program deliveries.
- Engage in regular discussions with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and Sales Operations, to address challenges and develop actionable plans.
- Evaluate inquiries directed to the SVP of Sales, determining appropriate actions and delegating tasks as necessary.
- Ensure that all matters concerning the Sales Leadership team are handled efficiently and effectively, tracking progress until resolution.
- Represent the SVP of Sales in internal communications and public forums.
- Lead a team of Program Managers dedicated to supporting North American Sales.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive-level role.
- Exceptional managerial and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated success in engaging with senior leadership.
- Ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
- Strong analytical capabilities, proficient in utilizing key data and reporting tools.
- Effective, adaptable, and results-driven.
- Leadership experience is essential; a Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field is advantageous.
