- Facilitate Build vs. Buy Decisions: Identify optimal strategies for addressing business and technology risks through build vs. buy decisions.
- Maintain Technical and Risk Credibility: Establish and maintain technical and risk credibility with your team and partners across the enterprise.
- Recruit and Lead a Team: Recruit, motivate, mentor, and lead a team of cybersecurity professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Strong Technical Cybersecurity Skills: Possess strong technical cybersecurity skills and analytical abilities.
- Collaboration and Communication: Demonstrate clear communication skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels of an organization.
- Experience in Cybersecurity: Have at least 9 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Possess a Bachelor's Degree, with a Master's degree in computer science or a related field preferred.
- Public Cloud Security Experience: Have experience in public cloud security, poly-cloud, and multi-cloud environments.
- Cybersecurity Governance and Risk Management: Possess experience in cybersecurity governance and risk management.
- Regulated Financial Services Experience: Have experience working in regulated financial services organizations.
- Professional Certifications: Hold professional certifications such as CISSP, GIAC, CISM, CCSP, CISA, CRISC, SAFe Product Management, AWS Security, AWS Advanced Networking Specialty, or AWS Solutions Architect.
