Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Key Account Business Development Manager to serve as the primary liaison between our company and key customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer programs from purchase order through final delivery, ensuring efficient execution and on-time delivery of projects.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, customer service, and communication skills. They will also possess proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and have experience with program management, technical documentation, and quality control processes.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage customer programs from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and increase efficiency.
  • Provide regular updates to customers on project progress, delivery dates, and metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on customer interactions and program performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
