Job Summary

The Payroll Administrator is a critical role within CMA CGM (America) LLC, responsible for managing and processing employee payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payment of wages, taxes, and deductions. This position requires strong attention to detail, mathematical skills, and knowledge of payroll software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Comply with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage and process employee payroll, including calculating hours worked, handling employee benefits and deductions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payment of wages, taxes, and deductions.
  • Maintain payroll records and provide support to employees and management as needed.
  • Assist with payroll reporting, resolving payroll discrepancies, and providing payroll-related support.
  • Propose and implement continuous personal performance improvement plans.
  • Provide clear and accurate written communication to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong mathematical skills.
  • Knowledge of payroll software and experience with payroll processing and accounting.
  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree in a related business field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
