Key Responsibilities of the Client Services Coordinator:

  • Assist tenants with various inquiries and projects
  • Oversee payroll and invoicing processes for tenants and vendors
  • Manage vendor relationships, including insurance, contracts, and scheduling
  • Support project-based tasks as required within the office
  • Coordinate and organize large meetings and events as needed
  • Provide administrative support to upper management on various projects

Qualifications for the Client Services Coordinator:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Previous internship or office experience
  • Experience in property management (residential or commercial) is preferred
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to adapt to changing workloads and priorities
