Join AAPC as a Strategic Growth Account Executive in the Healthcare sector, where you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding relationships with our mid-market and enterprise healthcare clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Strategy Development: Formulate and implement comprehensive account strategies to surpass sales goals. Regularly report to leadership on essential metrics and account performance.
  • Client Relationship Management: Ensure ongoing, meaningful engagement with clients through regular communications and business evaluations.
  • Contract Renewal Oversight: Actively manage contract renewals by reaching out to clients well in advance of expiration and tracking statuses in the CRM.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Guarantee that no deal remains inactive for over 14 days by scheduling and documenting follow-up actions in the CRM.
  • Account Expansion: Achieve a minimum 10% annual increase in client engagement and product utilization, tracking progress with CRM and analytical reports.
  • Opportunity Identification: Uncover at least two new business prospects each month within managed accounts.
  • Sales and Retention Goals: Attain a Net Retention Rate (NRR) of at least 105% through new product sales and account growth.
  • CRM Accuracy: Maintain impeccable accuracy in CRM records for client interactions, transactions, and forecasts.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize contracts to optimize profitability, utilizing AAPC pricing structures and tracking tools.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive activities, leveraging analytics tools to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in B2B sales, with a strong preference for healthcare sales experience.
  • Background: Demonstrated success as a Sales Account Manager, Relationship Manager, or Client Success Manager.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for presenting and influencing across all organizational levels.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in CRM software and MS Office, with robust data management and presentation capabilities.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Adept at balancing client needs with business goals to achieve remarkable outcomes.
  • Analytical Skills: Quick thinker with strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability: Flourish in a fast-paced sales environment, adjusting strategies and tactics to maintain a competitive edge.
