Strategic Sales Executive

Overview:
Lead the growth of Panasonic's innovative solutions to achieve and surpass annual sales and profitability targets for our emerging product line.
Key Responsibilities:
* This position is centered on promoting the Electronic Shelf Label product suite to clients within a designated territory.
* Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, comprehend their requirements and purchasing behaviors, and pinpoint suitable Retail Technologies to address their challenges.
* Collaborate with Hussmann and other Panasonic sales divisions to align account strategies and sales objectives effectively.
* Complete necessary sales documentation and reports, including activity logs, forecasts, sales orders, project execution documents, and strategic account plans. Utilize CRM systems as the primary tool for data collection and reporting.
* Partner closely with execution teams to ensure seamless transitions and that customer expectations are consistently met or exceeded. This includes aiding in the coordination of product delivery and overseeing installation processes.
* Undertake additional responsibilities as required in a dynamic startup environment.
Qualifications:
* A Bachelor's degree is mandatory. A minimum of 5 years of sales experience with a digital product line is essential. Proven experience in acquiring new accounts is required.
* Candidates should demonstrate strategic thinking and planning capabilities related to the sales and purchasing process (e.g., Miller Heiman Strategic Selling).
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills are a must. Candidates should possess strong market awareness along with advanced negotiation and closing abilities. Proven problem-solving skills are essential.
* Willingness to travel up to 75% is required.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience or knowledge in food retailing is advantageous. Familiarity with selling both hardware and software products is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range of $50,050 - $96,250 is one aspect of Panasonic's comprehensive package. Actual compensation will vary based on individual qualifications, skills, experience, and location. This role may also qualify for discretionary bonuses and incentives.
The minimum hourly wage for this position will be determined by the greater of the posted range or local minimum wage laws.
