Position: Area Business Manager for Strategic Accounts

Our client is pioneering a groundbreaking medical device aimed at improving the lives of individuals affected by Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA). This innovative, FDA-approved device is transforming the sleep industry by providing an alternative solution for those who struggle with traditional CPAP therapy. The focus on enhancing patient outcomes is fundamental to their mission, driven by a proactive approach to improving lives through advanced sleep apnea treatments.

The Area Business Manager (ABM) for Strategic Accounts will play a crucial role in the commercial expansion of OSA therapy within a specified geographic area. The primary function of this role is to act as the key liaison for designated strategic Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) account initiatives. Responsibilities include launching new programs by identifying and profiling potential accounts and clinical advocates, as well as fostering growth and adoption within existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the therapy patient journey and the new program development framework.
  • Identify and assess potential accounts and key stakeholders in program development.
  • Lead the evaluation, selection, and activation of program sites.
  • Facilitate the development of early ecosystem engagement and referral pathways.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with influential physicians and C-suite executives.
  • Employ strong project management and organizational skills to drive business outcomes.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of C-suite program objectives.
  • Collaborate with Territory Managers to ensure a smooth transition for newly activated accounts.
  • Share best practices and insights with colleagues and senior management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in medical device sales or significant program development expertise.
  • Must reside within the designated geographic territory and be willing to travel as needed.Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with C-suite executives and physician clientele.
