4. Utilize Salesforce to document interactions and maintain a steady flow of prospective opportunities, ensuring compliance with internal documentation and regulatory standards.
5. Cultivate partnerships with key stakeholders, including client organizations and university faculty, to maximize the utilization of executive education programs.
6. Exhibit strong negotiation skills to create mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
7. Collaborate with program coordinators to deliver tailored offerings, which may involve project management responsibilities.
8. Attend courses as necessary to monitor client satisfaction and gain insights into the curriculum.
9. Provide regular updates on opportunity pipelines, business status, and key client interactions.
10. Deliver accurate revenue forecasts and consistently meet sales targets.
11. Conduct market research to stay informed about emerging trends and competitor strategies, adapting offerings to meet evolving market demands.
12. Seek strategic collaborations with academic institutions and industry partners to enhance the organization’s reach and impact.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is required, along with four years of progressively responsible experience in a related role. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
A Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
Preferred Skills
Experience in selling services to medium and large enterprises, particularly to C-level executives, is highly desirable.
Knowledge of executive education programs and key management topics is advantageous.
Familiarity with Salesforce and proficiency in office applications and analytics platforms will be beneficial.
Work Environment
This position requires in-person engagement and may involve flexible hours to accommodate client needs.
