The focus on improving patient outcomes is central to their mission, driven by a commitment to providing alternative treatments for sleep apnea.

The Area Business Manager (ABM) for Strategic Accounts will play a crucial role in advancing the commercial success of this therapy within a designated geographic area. The primary responsibility includes acting as the key liaison for strategic Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) account initiatives. This role involves launching new programs by identifying and engaging potential accounts and clinical advocates, while also fostering growth and adoption within existing accounts.

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the patient journey and the process for developing new programs.
  • Identify and evaluate potential accounts and key stakeholders in program development.
  • Lead the assessment, selection, and activation of program sites.
  • Facilitate the establishment of early ecosystem development and referral pathways.
  • Build and nurture relationships with influential physicians and C-suite executives.
  • Employ strong project management and organizational capabilities to drive business outcomes.
  • Develop a profound understanding of the priorities of C-suite programs.
  • Collaborate effectively with Territory Managers to ensure a smooth transition for newly activated accounts.
  • Share insights and best practices with colleagues and senior management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in medical device sales or substantial program development experience.
  • Must reside within the designated geographic territory and be willing to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in engaging with C-suite executives and physician clients.
