Position: Patient Services Supervisor
  • Oversee and assist Patient Service Representatives and Medical Records Clerks in their roles related to patient registration, check-in, check-out, and management of medical records.
  • Conduct in-service training on updated procedures, address staff inquiries, and promote continuous professional growth.
  • Regularly review and revise training protocols associated with registration, check-in, check-out, and medical records management.
  • Cross-train in Front Desk responsibilities to guarantee seamless patient service and adequate coverage.
  • Develop work schedules and facilitate onboarding for new employees.
  • Engage in departmental meetings as required.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent with training in clerical skills.
  • A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a medical office setting.
  • Familiarity with Athena and EHR systems is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • A positive demeanor and keen attention to detail.
  • Dedication to providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Willingness to learn new software and systems.
  • Availability for shifts from Monday to Friday, 7:45 am to 8 pm.
Compensation: $22-25/hour

Individual compensation is determined based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
