About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Specialty1 Partners. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our dental practice.

Responsibilities
  • Welcoming Patients: Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Patient Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographic information and medical history.
  • Communication and Coordination: Answer incoming calls, redirect calls, and take messages in a timely and efficient manner. Coordinate with other staff members to ensure seamless communication and patient care.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, manage patient flow, and coordinate with other staff members to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Problem-Solving and Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, resolve patient complaints, and address any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Customer Service Orientation: A strong customer service orientation, with the ability to provide exceptional patient care and service.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address patient complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and tasks.
