Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate patient appointments by gathering demographic and insurance details as per Dent protocols.
  • Initiate outbound communications to arrange internal referrals for diagnostic evaluations promptly, adhering to the guidelines established by clinical providers.
  • Collaborate with the diagnostic testing division to oversee, maintain, and refresh the schedule to ensure optimal time management for both patients and technologists.
  • Examine the testing department's schedule daily for openings and fill the schedule with patients awaiting cancellations.
  • Modify schedules to reflect cancellations or rescheduling and inform the relevant Dent personnel as dictated by policy. Notify patients via phone regarding any changes to their appointment details.
  • Review the appointment list daily for discrepancies, working collaboratively to resolve scheduling conflicts related to departmental coverage changes, including managing bump lists and rescheduling patients.

Compensation:

  • Most candidates will commence within the initial quartile of the pay scale.
  • Compensation rates are based on experience.
