Position: Patient Services Supervisor- Oversee and assist Patient Service Representatives and Medical Records Clerks in managing registration, check-in, check-out, and medical records tasks.
- Conduct in-service training on updated procedures, address staff inquiries, and promote continuous professional growth.
- Regularly review and enhance training protocols related to registration, check-in, check-out, and medical records.
- Cross-train in Front Desk responsibilities to guarantee seamless patient service and coverage.
- Develop work schedules and facilitate onboarding for new employees.
- Engage in departmental meetings as required.
- High School diploma or equivalent with clerical skills training.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
- A minimum of 2 years in a medical office setting.
- Experience with Athena and EHR systems is preferred.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
- Exhibit a positive demeanor and meticulous attention to detail.
- Dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Eagerness to learn new software and systems.
- Availability for shifts from Monday to Friday, 7:45 am to 8 pm.
Individual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
