Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Dent Neurologic Group LLP. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office, providing exceptional patient care, and supporting our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Patient Care Activities: Assist with patient examinations, vital signs, mini-mental assessments, and diagnostic procedures. Record data for medical records and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient information.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Coordinate scheduling with medical secretaries, modify provider schedules as needed, and ensure timely and efficient patient flow.
  • Patient Communication: Respond to patient inquiries, provide accurate and detailed information, and address patient concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Administrative Support: Perform clerical duties, data entry, and other tasks as assigned by the office manager to ensure the smooth operation of the medical office.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare professionals, patients, and other office personnel to coordinate care, resolve issues, and provide exceptional patient experience.
Requirements

  • Organizational and Time Management Skills
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
  • Basic Computer Skills and Familiarity with EMR Systems
