Position Title: Project Management Office Coordinator (Scrum Master)

Employment Type: Contractual Engagement

Compensation: Competitive Rate

Key Responsibilities:
1. Organize and facilitate meetings, document minutes, track action items, and manage multiple tasks concurrently.

2. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to produce well-structured reports and presentations.

3. Monitor and follow up with both functional and technical teams regarding decisions and action items.

4. Coordinate timelines and submissions for both unique and recurring programmatic activities.

5. Collaborate with teams to identify project performance challenges and work with stakeholders to address and resolve them.

6. Support change and configuration management documentation, ensuring timely communication of changes to relevant parties.

7. Assist in performance and portfolio management alongside PMO leadership and agile governance teams.

8. Advocate for the enterprise-wide adoption of agile best practices.

9. Act as the PMO representative for various release trains.

10. Understand and execute any program management tasks within the required timeframe and format.

11. Maintain and update the PMO documentation repository and archive.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project administration, management, client-facing roles, or related fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including MS Visio.
- Familiarity with project management documentation, policies, and procedures.
- Knowledge of agile scrum methodology; Certified Scrum Master or Safe Agilist certification is preferred.
- Understanding of established project management methodologies in IT or related sectors.
- Awareness of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) relevant to major IT projects.
- Experience in creating high-quality documentation using Microsoft Office Suite, adhering to industry standards.
- Competence in developing business process workflows using MS Visio.
