Key Responsibilities:
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will play a vital role in managing relationships with key clients for Visa Money Movement Solutions.

  • Ensure client satisfaction with our products and services while proactively addressing any areas of concern.
  • Oversee a portfolio of global accounts, aiming to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, addressing and resolving any inquiries or complaints.

Essential Functions:
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and enhancing client relationships, serving as the primary contact point, and coordinating with various departments to meet client needs.
  • Identifying new business opportunities to grow accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Supporting contract negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial terms for both clients and the company.
  • Playing a crucial role in client retention by ensuring satisfaction and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Assisting in the development of strategies to enhance client services, drive sales growth, and effectively manage client portfolios.
  • Utilizing reports to track progress, analyze performance, and inform future strategies.
  • Collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment with client expectations.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience, or
  • A Master's degree in a similar field with at least three (3) years of relevant experience, or
  • A minimum of eight (8) years of directly related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will have:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role within the financial services sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills to address client account issues effectively.
  • A solid understanding of Visa's money movement products or services is advantageous.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized with effective time management skills.
  • A willingness to learn specific software or technologies, such as CRM systems.

Work Environment:
This position is office-based and may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements:
The role involves sitting and standing at a desk, communicating in person and via telephone, and frequently using standard office equipment such as computers and telephones.

Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this position is between $100,700 and $146,000 annually, which may include potential sales incentives. Salary may vary based on job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This position may also be eligible for bonuses and equity.
