Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Account Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Global Accounts Group, you will be responsible for managing relationships with top global revenue-generating accounts, providing exceptional support, and introducing innovative technologies to enable and secure Visa money movement transactions.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of global accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, negotiating contracts and collaborating with internal teams.
- Identify new business opportunities, upsell, and cross-sell products or services to drive revenue growth.
- Play a crucial role in client retention, resolving issues, and improving client services.
- Develop strategies to improve client services, drive sales growth, and manage client portfolios effectively.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure the company meets the account's needs and expectations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum five years of experience in a directly related field, or equivalent experience.
- Effective communication and people skills, with a strong ability to build relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Exceptional critical thinking skills to address client issues and improve services.
- Good understanding of Visa's money movement products or services, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Initiative-taking, detail-oriented, and organized, with strong time management and prioritization skills.
