About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Banking Relationship Manager Sr to join our team at City National Bank. As a key member of our commercial lending team, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with business banking clients in assigned business segments and/or geographic areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop profitable relationships with prospects and clients consistent with bank objectives.
  • Work closely with existing and new clients to understand their financial requirements and provide effective solutions.
  • Develop relationships and support other CNB departments and colleagues to provide customers and prospects with recommended solutions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of banking experience required.
  • Minimum 8 years of commercial lending experience within the segment required.
  • Minimum 5 years of credit experience required.
Compensation

Starting base salary: $92,114 - $156,880 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

This role is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
