Position Overview:


We are seeking an astute VP/Account Director who can consistently enhance client partnerships and bring impactful ideas and insights to fruition.

Key Responsibilities:

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Managing client relationships, collaborating with senior leadership on overarching strategies, and utilizing deep digital knowledge to ensure strategic deliverables.
  • Articulating our perspectives on digital business philosophies, keeping clients informed on industry developments.
  • Proposing new project initiatives that align with client objectives, both for customers and brands.
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of shifts in the client's industry and evolving customer needs.
  • Inspiring clients through compelling storytelling – you are engaging, thoughtful, and persuasive.
  • Collaborating with clients and capability partners to cultivate dynamic brands.
  • Overseeing client financials, including forecasts, budgets, and investments – ensuring mutual understanding and agreement on key financial responsibilities.
  • Developing team members through coaching, training, and identifying growth opportunities – providing direct and consistent feedback while encouraging learning from experiences.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary – open to new environments, new individuals, and fresh ideas.

Qualifications:
We are looking for a qualified VP/Account Director with significant professional experience, typically including:
  • A four-year college education, an MBA degree, and 10 to 12 years of experience (preferably in a creative agency), including four years of leadership experience in integrated marketing and client relationship management with a digital focus.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and strategic thinking – adept at interpreting data and understanding client needs.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities – articulate, direct, engaging, and effective.
  • Strong time-management skills, impeccable organization, and the ability to adapt quickly to changes.
  • Proven project management and performance management capabilities – recognized for coaching and developing talent, inspiring change, and fostering effective collaboration among diverse groups.
  • Demonstrated experience in budget management and resource planning.
