Compensation: $250,000+++ annually

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer guidance and support to clients in organizing the financing of their acquisitions. Introduce clients to additional product options to enhance their vehicle ownership experience.
  • Ensure sales are structured to maximize profitability.
  • Maintain required proficiency and certifications for the role.
  • Accurately process deals, submit them to lenders for approval, make credit assessments, and effectively finalize transactions.
  • Ensure all deals comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Prepare documentation, contracts, and finalize transactions.
  • Conduct thorough audits of team deals post-sale and analyze for potential improvements.
  • Ensure prompt funding of all contracts.
Qualifications
  • Desire for continuous improvement.
  • Preferred college degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Understanding of dealership finance and insurance practices.
  • Skilled in structuring deals for optimal profitability.
  • Knowledgeable in title laws and registration procedures.
  • Professional appearance and exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in negotiation and presentation techniques.
  • Valid driver's license required.
