Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Refinisher to join our team. As an Automotive Refinisher, you will be responsible for cleaning, waxing, polishing, refurbishing, and detailing vehicles that have been damaged in collisions, as well as old and new vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare vehicles for detailing, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Apply advanced detailing techniques to restore vehicles to their original condition, including polishing, waxing, and refurbishing.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Understand and deliver on specific customer requirements, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain proper function of all service tools and equipment, ensuring efficient and effective work processes.
- Report any damage to the supervising manager in a clear and timely fashion, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing downtime.
- Coordinate and arrange work effectively with team members, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Maintain excellent standards and quality of service, representing the organization positively and professionally.
Requirements
- Previous detailing experience, with a strong understanding of advanced detailing techniques and processes.
- Positive attitude and a can-do mentality, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Hardworking personality, with leadership qualities and a willingness to improve and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to understand and deliver on specific customer requirements.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record, with the ability to operate company vehicles safely and efficiently.
