About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Support Specialist to join our team at The LiRo Group. As an Executive Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our Executive Staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Executive Staff, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-up.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and edit reports, memos, letters, and other documents using software related to word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations.
  • Travel Coordination: Coordinate travel arrangements for Executives, including dates, locations, method of transportation, hotel reservations, itineraries, and presentations.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain sensitive and confidential information in an appropriate and professional manner.
  • Team Support: Provide backup support to other Executive Assistants as needed and required.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5 years of comparable experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Assistant.
  • Skills: Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and Outlook programs; excellent telephone skills; ability to implement office procedures; and experience in Microsoft Office Product Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
