Rooms Controller

Key Responsibilities:

In your role as a Rooms Controller, you will be entrusted with ensuring our guests receive unparalleled hospitality by:
  • Providing assistance to guests in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner at all times.
  • Upholding a high standard of service and hospitality.
  • Addressing guest concerns or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction in a timely manner.
  • Processing guest charges, collecting payments, and adhering to all cash handling protocols as established by Concord.
  • Managing guest correspondence and messages with utmost respect for privacy and professionalism.
  • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the hotel brand and various programs (including travel initiatives and special promotions).
  • Communicating effectively with various departments and management regarding guest feedback and concerns.
  • Responding swiftly to incoming calls, lobby visitors, and team members requiring front desk support.
  • Being well-versed in hotel safety and emergency protocols.
