Key Responsibilities:

In the role of Rooms Controller, you will be tasked with ensuring our guests receive the highest level of hospitality by:
  • Providing efficient, courteous, and professional assistance to guests at all times.
  • Upholding exceptional standards of service and hospitality.
  • Addressing guest concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction in a timely manner.
  • Processing guest charges, collecting payments, and adhering to all cash handling protocols as outlined by Concord.

  • Being well-versed in the hotel brand and its various offerings (including travel programs and special promotions).

  • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures.
