Key Responsibilities:
In the role of Rooms Controller, you will be tasked with ensuring our guests receive the highest level of hospitality by:
- Providing efficient, courteous, and professional assistance to guests at all times.
- Upholding exceptional standards of service and hospitality.
- Addressing guest concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction in a timely manner.
- Processing guest charges, collecting payments, and adhering to all cash handling protocols as outlined by Concord.
- Managing guest correspondence and messages with utmost respect for privacy and professionalism.
- Being well-versed in the hotel brand and its various offerings (including travel programs and special promotions).
- Communicating effectively with different departments and management regarding guest feedback and issues.
- Responding swiftly to incoming calls, lobby visitors, and team members requiring front desk support.
- Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures.
