  • Design, execute, and oversee employee recognition and engagement initiatives to ensure every Team Member feels valued within the organization.
  • Welcome and assist Team Members during their check-in process, facilitating an enjoyable and efficient arrival experience.
  • Foster innovation in the employee experience domain, positioning Gas South District as a benchmark for others in the industry.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of training resources aimed at enhancing the guest experience.
  • Support the Guest Experience department during events, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with arena event managers to build and sustain relationships with vendors and promoters.
  • Provide diverse administrative assistance, including research, data entry, analysis, and meeting coordination for the Guest Experience team.
