Role Summary

Key Responsibilities: Availability during weekends and holidays is essential.

The Overnight Guest Services Coordinator serves as the initial point of contact for guests. Your approach to phone interactions and guest greetings sets the atmosphere for their entire experience. You will be the primary resource for guests, assisting with inquiries such as room directions, dining recommendations, local attractions, and additional requests like extra towels or late checkouts. This role requires multitasking, including answering calls, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, fulfilling requests, and collaborating with maintenance and housekeeping teams. You will also ensure accuracy in billing and payments while upholding safety and security protocols. Addressing guest service concerns with confidence and empathy is crucial, as is taking ownership of situations to ensure guest satisfaction.

A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are vital. Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends, is required, along with a strong commitment to reliability. You should be adept at managing multiple responsibilities while maintaining composure and approachability. A genuine enthusiasm for building connections with both team members and guests is essential. A sincere interest in enhancing the overall experience for guests and colleagues through proactive communication, innovation, and teamwork is expected. A valid driver's license and proof of insurability are necessary, with a driving record that meets our insurance provider's standards.
