Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented hospitality front desk coordinator to enhance our guest services team. In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming visitors, managing their accounts, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints to ensure an outstanding experience for every guest.

Compensation:

$15 - $16 hourly

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address customer complaints as needed
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are prepared
  • Welcome, check-in, and check out guests upon their arrival and departure, distribute keys and room assignments, and securely record payment information
  • Conduct regular bookkeeping tasks to maintain accurate hotel guest records
  • Handle incoming calls, online and in-person booking requests, and respond to inquiries regarding room rates, availability, amenities, loyalty programs, and special requests
Qualifications:
  • Preferred 1 year of experience in the hospitality sector as a hotel front desk agent, receptionist, or guest service representative
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Proficient in handling phone calls and managing high-pressure situations
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and reservation management systems is a plus
