Compensation:$15 - $16 hourly
Key Responsibilities:- Address customer complaints as needed
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are prepared
- Welcome, check-in, and check out guests upon their arrival and departure, distribute keys and room assignments, and securely record payment information
- Conduct regular bookkeeping tasks to maintain accurate hotel guest records
- Handle incoming calls, online and in-person booking requests, and respond to inquiries regarding room rates, availability, amenities, loyalty programs, and special requests
- Preferred 1 year of experience in the hospitality sector as a hotel front desk agent, receptionist, or guest service representative
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Proficient in handling phone calls and managing high-pressure situations
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and reservation management systems is a plus
