Job Summary:

The Senior Account Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in an assigned geographic territory or set of assigned accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs and a proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform sales activities to achieve or exceed assigned revenue objectives in an assigned geographic area.
• Establish and maintain strong business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Execute a regular schedule of contact with customers and prospects via phone or face-to-face visits to identify business needs and develop tailored sales solutions.
• Collaborate with internal technical resources to create clearly communicated proposals and quotes aligned to customer initiatives and business outcomes.
• Research and compile lists of prospective customers through sales leads, industry research, and other sources to identify new business opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date on PADT's new and existing products and services to alert customers to improved capabilities and facilitate opportunity generation.
• Coordinate sales efforts with cross-functional teams, including Sales Management, Accounting, Engineering Services, and Marketing, to support trade shows, training, and seminars.

Requirements:

• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Strong knowledge of PADT's products and services, as well as industry trends and customer needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
