About the Role

Zeni is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our Sales Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new outbound leads, conducting high-volume outbound contacts, and working closely with cutting-edge startup founders to develop long-lasting relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a high volume of outbound contacts to generate new leads and follow up with leads in pipeline
  • Research accounts, identify key targets, and generate interest through outreach (email campaigns, LinkedIn, discovery calls, etc.)
  • Work to meet defined metric goals and provide support to your accounts when needed
  • Maintain accurate data on Zeni CRM's and supply pre-qualified leads for our platform
  • Attend sales meetings/trainings as needed and connect with customers to develop long-lasting relationships

Requirements:

  • Ability to work daily from our office located in Lehi, UT
  • 1-2+ years of sales experience with a history of meeting and exceeding goals
  • Excellent communication skills and a persuasive speaker with a savvy business sense
  • Self-motivated and highly organized with the ability to multitask and adapt to rapid change
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a growth-oriented mindset
