Job Summary

We are seeking a Part-Time Sales Development Representative to join our team. As an SDR, your primary responsibility will be to qualify leads and schedule meetings with potential new clients for our Senior Account Executives. This will be accomplished through cold calling prospects and utilizing email campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings with potential new clients
  • Work closely with the SAEs and VP of Revenue to foster a flawless customer experience
  • Make 40-50 calls per day and handle rejection in a fast-paced environment
  • Meet and exceed sales goals

Requirements

  • Available to work 20 hours/week with a hybrid schedule between our office in Lehi and your home
  • Positive attitude with the desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Self-motivated, professional, detail-oriented, organized, and flexible

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of SDR experience, demonstrating the ability to meet and exceed sales goals
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, phone appointment setting experience
  • Experience with Excel or Google Equivalent

What We Offer

We provide great pay and excellent benefits, and are located in Lehi, in the heart of Utah's Silicon Slopes tech hub. Pay starts at $20/hr + commissions/bonus for an OTE of $25/hour and includes 2 weeks of PTO.
