As a Business Development Manager at Younique, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success for our Brand Ambassadors. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue and expand our Brand Ambassador network.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Brand Ambassadors, providing personalized support and business insights to drive performance and achieve goals.
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions to drive business growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies that align with company goals.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in account management or customer support.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and develop insights to drive business decisions.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
