We are seeking a skilled Account Representative to join our team at Verisk. As a key member of our Account Management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with product guidance and support
  • Perform new customer onboarding training for small accounts
  • Complete various clerical duties to ensure customer records are properly maintained
  • Identify potential upsell opportunities and engage the appropriate account executives

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or account services role
  • Previous coaching and/or training skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
