Role Overview

As a Senior Research Analyst, you will be an integral part of our Stakeholder Intelligence & Engagement Team, where you will leverage both quantitative and qualitative analysis to help clients navigate the evolving landscape of stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Data and Insights team on innovative projects focused on market and reputation analysis.
  2. Ensure the methodologies and tools utilized by our team are cutting-edge and effective.
  3. Devise novel research methodologies to address client inquiries and deliver strategic insights for consulting purposes.
  4. Oversee the development, testing, and quality assurance of surveys and questionnaires.
  5. Contribute to the strategic enhancement of our proprietary survey-based product, ReputationIQ.
  6. Provide direct advisory support to consulting teams and clients based on research findings.
  7. Mentor and educate a growing team of Junior Researchers and Data Scientists, enhancing the overall data literacy within the consulting team.
Qualifications
  1. A strong academic foundation in political science, social science, communications, business economics, or related disciplines, with a focus on quantitative research.
  2. Demonstrated expertise and hands-on experience in conducting market and opinion research within a scientific or professional context.
  3. Proficient in employing quantitative social science methodologies.
  4. Experience in analyzing and presenting survey data to diverse stakeholder groups.
  5. Familiarity with coding in R, Python, and/or SQL is highly advantageous.
  6. Fluency in both German and English is essential.
  7. A keen interest in communications and business economics.
