Senior Survey Research Analyst at The George Washington University

Role Overview:
The Senior Survey Research Analyst will be responsible for overseeing the design and evaluation of both internal and external surveys. This position involves conducting comprehensive research on the university's diverse population, including students, faculty, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the formulation and assessment of various surveys
  • Perform in-depth research on the university community
  • Provide training and guidance to staff and student workers
  • Coordinate the processes for data collection and ensure data integrity
  • Administer the online course evaluation system across the university
  • Engage with multiple university departments and contribute to meetings and committees
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with at least 3 years of experience. Proficiency in survey research methodologies, statistical analysis, and relevant software tools is essential. Familiarity with relational databases is preferred.
