Job Summary

Joint Research and Development, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Health and Life Science Analyst to support the development of advanced health technology capabilities for the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H).

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with government agencies to define, execute, and oversee technology development initiatives.
  • Provide proposal support and assist project leads in executing multiple advanced technology programs.
  • Manage projects, identify and implement accessible technology solutions, and identify technology solutions that need to exist to solve problems.
  • Coordinate program activities with team members, plan tasks, and monitor execution progress.
  • Support the oversight of program activity, budget, and contractor progress.
  • Ensure efficient operations and timely product completion.
  • Provide contract management and acquisition support.
  • Develop program briefings for government stakeholders.
  • Contribute to program plans, briefings, and technical reports.
  • Organize technical meetings and conferences.
  • Assist in the development of technical documentation and reports.
Requirements
  • Ph.D. in Molecular and Cellular Biology, or a related scientific field.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience.
Security Clearance

The ability to obtain or maintain Public Trust.
