Position Overview:
Greenberg Quinlan Rosner Research Inc., a leading polling and consulting organization, is on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Research Analyst to become part of our dynamic team. In this capacity, you will collaborate with colleagues across various departments to support all facets of survey research and instrument creation.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Research Analyst, your duties will include:

  • Coordinating internal research requirements with operations and programming teams.
  • Conducting comprehensive candidate and issue research.
  • Drafting reports, memos, and presenting analytical findings.
  • Creating survey questionnaires, focus group protocols, and in-depth interview frameworks.
  • Assisting junior staff with foundational tasks, such as data verification to ensure precision.

Project Management:
In addition to research responsibilities, you will also take on project management duties for our clients. This includes:

  • Acting as a secondary point of contact for clients.
  • Collaborating with senior staff and clients to ensure project objectives and timelines are achieved.

Work Schedule:
This position follows standard hours, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for additional hours as required.

Travel Requirements:
Some domestic travel may be necessary to observe and analyze focus groups.

Equipment and Benefits:
As a full-time employee, you will receive a company-issued laptop and a stipend for personal cellphone use. Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., political science, public policy, international relations, statistics, math, business).
  • Three to five years of experience in quantitative/qualitative political research or political campaign involvement.
