Position Overview:
Greenberg Quinlan Rosner Research Inc. is on the lookout for a dedicated and driven Research Analyst to become a part of our dynamic team. In this capacity, you will collaborate with colleagues across various functions to support survey research and instrument development.

As a Research Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating internal research initiatives with operational and programming teams.
  • Conducting thorough candidate and issue research.
  • Drafting reports, memos, and presenting analytical findings.
  • Creating survey questionnaires, focus group protocols, and in-depth interview frameworks.
At times, you may assist junior team members with foundational tasks such as data verification to ensure precision.Project Management Responsibilities:
In addition to research duties, you will also take on project management roles for our clients. You will serve as a secondary point of contact, collaborating with senior staff and clients to meet project objectives and timelines.

Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with additional hours as required.
Travel Requirements:
Domestic travel may be necessary to observe and analyze focus groups.
Equipment and Stipends:
Company-issued laptop and a stipend for personal cellphone use.
Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields such as political science, public policy, international relations, statistics, mathematics, or business. A minimum of three to five years of experience in quantitative and qualitative political research or political campaign involvement is preferred.
