Position Overview:
This is a full-time role, requiring a commitment of 1.0 FTE. Scheduled shifts will occur Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with additional holiday and on-call rotation hours as necessary. Flexibility in hours may be required based on departmental needs.

Bring your outstanding customer service abilities to a leading healthcare institution. We are looking for a Patient Access Representative to:
  • Collect and confirm patient demographic and insurance details, assess and gather patient financial responsibilities, and facilitate patient registration or admission.
Foster a welcoming atmosphere for patients and their families, demonstrate empathy, engage in considerate financial discussions, and exhibit excellent communication skills. This role may involve covering various clinic locations and hours as required.

Qualifications:
Education:
Minimum:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred:
  • Associate's Degree in Business, Finance, Health Information Management, or a related discipline.

Experience:
Minimum:
  • One (1) year of experience in a customer service-oriented position
Preferred:
  • One (1) year of experience in healthcare, call center, business, finance, or insurance environments.
