We are looking for a Patient Access Representative - Ambulatory to:
  • Input and confirm demographic and insurance details, ascertain and collect patient financial responsibilities, and facilitate patient registration or admission.
  • Enhance the patient and family experience by demonstrating empathy, engaging in compassionate collections, and showcasing effective communication skills.
  • Provide coverage across various clinic locations and hours as necessary.
Educational Requirements:

Minimum - High School Diploma or Equivalent

Preferred - Associate's Degree in Business, Finance, Health Information Management, or a related discipline.

Experience Requirements:

Minimum - At least one (1) year of experience in a customer service-oriented role.

Preferred - One (1) year of experience in healthcare, call center, business, finance, or insurance-related environments.
