Utilize your customer service skills at a leading healthcare institution.
We are looking for a Patient Access Supervisor to:
- Manage the daily functions of designated units within the Patient Access Department.
- Collaborate closely with team leaders to ensure effective leadership and support in registration and admissions across clinics and hospital sectors.
- Facilitate smooth operations by organizing, scheduling, and overseeing departmental tasks.
Minimum - High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred - Associate Degree in Business, Finance, Health Information Management, or a related discipline.
Experience:
Minimum - At least one year of experience in patient access, healthcare revenue cycle, or clinic operations
Preferred - A minimum of two years in a patient access, healthcare revenue cycle, or clinic operations role with advancing leadership responsibilities.
