Job Overview

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position with a commitment of 1.0 FTE. Work hours will be scheduled Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with potential variations based on departmental needs.

Become a part of a leading healthcare institution in Wisconsin. We are looking for a Bilingual Patient Access Representative to:
  • Facilitate patient registration and manage walk-in appointments, particularly for our Spanish-speaking community.
  • Update and maintain patient registration information, including demographics and insurance details.
  • Collect necessary documents and payments upon patient arrival.
Qualifications:

Education:

Minimum requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: Associate's Degree in Business, Finance, Health Information Management, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum: One (1) year of experience in a customer service environment.
Preferred: One (1) year of experience in healthcare, call center, business, finance, or insurance sectors.
