Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic individual who thrives on the excitement of acquiring new clients to join our organization as a Client Relations Account Executive.

The Client Relations Account Executive will focus on identifying and securing new business opportunities to enhance their overall portfolio within the designated region. This role involves managing existing customer accounts, ensuring that our clients' requirements are fulfilled, and facilitating new sales within those accounts.

This role necessitates fieldwork, meeting with clients, without the need to report to an office daily.

  • Manage and oversee existing accounts assigned within your region.
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership to formulate account management and sales strategies aimed at sustaining and enhancing the value of each client relationship.
  • Continuously monitor technology tools to ensure customer retention and maximize sales while maintaining service levels according to established KPIs.
  • Increase revenue for the assigned portfolio by focusing on account retention and sales penetration.
  • Actively pursue new targeted accounts that align with the ideal customer profile for your market.
  • Conduct research and profile potential new accounts; utilize phone, email, chat, and other technologies for both inbound and outbound sales efforts.
  • Effectively negotiate contract terms in partnership with the contracts and legal teams.
  • Engage with clients on-site and via phone to comprehend their business needs and plan service delivery that meets or exceeds their expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with the internal pricing team to ensure competitive pay and billing rates; apply pricing strategies to new and existing accounts; track service delivery and provide feedback related to attracting and retaining the right temporary associates for each individual job.
  • Meet gross margin expectations following prescribed guidelines.
  • Initiate the implementation strategy for new accounts, ensuring effective field-level sales activities to enhance account penetration within the first year.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset with our field teams are essential.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with clients.
  • Utilize technology tools (CRM) to develop and document an account management and growth strategy for each account.
Qualifications
  • 1 to 5 years of B2B sales and/or account management experience.
  • Proven track record of sales and account retention is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence a diverse range of customer stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines under pressure.
  • Strong analytical skills: comfortable analyzing order, temporary associate, and customer data to drive results.
The compensation for this role is anticipated to range between $50,000 and $75,000 annually, plus incentives. This range is a good-faith estimate based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may influence an offer include a candidate's skills, experience, and geographic location, as well as the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment as needed. Most candidates will start in the lower half of the pay range, while the upper end is generally reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Physical and Work Requirements

Employees are frequently required to stand, walk, sit, talk, and/or hear for extended periods. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds.

Extensive local travel is required within the designated region. A valid driver's license and a good safety record are necessary for travel to various locations.
